Our Leadership
Will Clayton
Founder / CEO
Sky Harvest was born from Will’s passion for environmental stewardship, market-driven solutions, and real impact. His journey began in North Carolina, where he sold his first carbon credit on family land along the Cape Fear River. An Eagle Scout, economist, and entrepreneur, Will blends his love for the outdoors with expertise in markets and business strategy.
Before Sky Harvest, Will worked at Strata Clean Energy, leading corporate strategy and a division turnaround. He also worked at BCG, advising on strategy and energy innovation, and founded the Broughton Travel Fellowship, supporting international travel for financially in-need youth.
Victor Duribe, PhD
Vice President of Operations
Victor serves as Sky Harvest’s VP of Operations, where he is responsible for driving project development and operational excellence to support the next phase of growth. He brings global perspective to our mission, with two decades of experience living and working across three continents.
Prior to Sky Harvest, Victor was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), leading efforts in the Energy & Sustainability and technology practices. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas in Austin.

How It Works
In partnership with USDA Forest Service
In 2024, Sky Harvest executed a multi-year cooperative agreement with the U.S. Forest Service’s Forest Landowner Support Program to expand our mission.
This funding will drive key initiatives to help underserved and small-acreage landowners access the voluntary carbon market. Projects include a commercial-scale demonstration, an education campaign highlighting the benefits of True Credits for buyers, and back-end infrastructure improvements to enhance accessibility and affordability for landowners.
